That was last year before the Rose Bowl, and since then, Milroe has had many
opportunities to prove himself, but his mindset remains unchanged.
“I think it is the same mindset: being the best quarterback in the country,” Milroe said.
To achieve this goal, Milroe believes in the importance of having a good coach,
and he sees an offensive mind like Kalen DeBoer as the perfect match.
“We trust in Coach DeBoer. We are super excited for what the future holds as a
group, and it is just the offseason that is all the work done in the dark… and that is going to shine,” Milroe said.
Milroe’s talent, especially in making downfield throws, is recognized as one of the best in the country.
Jalen is super talented when it comes to down the field throws, which are not easy. He was one of the best in the country.
This offseason, Milroe is the first one in the building, working tirelessly to become another legend in Tuscaloosa.
“I think it is all about going 1-0. That grind doesn’t stop. Every time you have an opportunity seize it,” Milroe said.
To be the best, Milroe knows he has to beat the best, and he is fully committed to the 2024 season.
